I want to lose weight because I want a much lower body fat percentage. I want to be healthy and tone muscular mass, have definition. I know I can achieve this by taking one step at a time, and right now, first thing I need is to lose this fat. Any recommendations are highly appreciated...

oh, thanks so much for adding me as an inspiration. i am honored! i'm so sorry for all that you have gone through. i totally understand. i am at the hardest part of my life, but working out and being healthy is what keeps me sane! i suggest you do cardio AND weights, bc building muscle will help burn more fat. i started doing strength training right after my pregnancy and the progress was quick! good luck sweetie!
