Dislocated both shoulders on separate occassions........that got me into the gym for rehab. Then I was hooked when I started seeing results.

Sorry it took so long to respond. I have been very busy with work and remodeling the house. your looking good. Just trying to stay healthy as far as the diet goes. it will be easier now that its grilling season

You had asked how I got my abs cut.... I have had cut abs since I was 9 or 10. I will have to scan a pic of me at my uncles pool when I was 12yo..skinny kid with cut abs..its a weird sight.

I was small, she is super small, but more athletic than my son who outweighs me by 30 pounds! Totally different people.
