Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
My spine of my lower back isn't fully grown and never will fully grow that limits my lower back a little , I have been out for 2 months because I needed to recover from an overload on that same point.

ouch! niets te ergs hoop ik! hoe ver zijdt ge geraakt met de bulk? toch meer dan je dacht ? hier gaat het goed - ben nu aan het stabiliseren voor een cutting periode. u kunt me altijd op msn aanspreken!

hoeveel ben je bijgekomen ? kversta 't wel.. kom ook niet zo gemakkelijk bij.. 't is traag en onregelmatig bij mij.. 'k heb de indruk dat ik maar blijf eten, maar zonder zoveel evolutie te zien ! ben jaloers op mijn trainingmaat!

Makes sense.. Da's een gewone fout - vol motivatie, maar u lichaam kan dit na 'n moment niet meer volgen. Moet gewoon naar uw lichaam luisteren... Den dag dat ge geen goesting hebt is het dan de moeite niet om door te pushen..

Lijkt al een serieus programma, zeker als ge maar 17 bent. En zo kunnen ouders zijn... g'hebt nog wat tijd om aan meer supplementen te denken - op uw leeftijd groeit het lichaam al bijna vanzelf!

Juist - doet deugd als je uzelf ziet vooruitgaan! 'k zie dat ge een bulk gestart bent : wat voor programma heb je daarvoor opgesteld ? (training/dieet/supplements)
