I love bodybuilding because everytime I leave the gym there is no better feeling! I am so motivated after a great workout, it makes me a better person and think I can do anything!

doobz0326 hey bro its been a long time ! how are ya ? I am good I am down to 13.5% from 17% 6 weeks ago! down to 155. I am gonna compete for the first time in 2011! doobz0326 decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ?
