How I Started:
I started lifting with my school football team. the first lift i did was the deadlift and amazingly at 125lbs. i got up 275. i liked the feeling of power you get. after that my body started to look the part and next thing you know I get confronted by a NPC competitor who said I had potential and took me under his wing.

hey "herc" how is it going? I m having trouble trying to find a good supplement that helps me stay focused on working out, I tried N.O. explode and that worked for a little. is there anything you recommend
That's awesome! Good luck! Make sure you practice your posing everyday so you feel confident when you go onstage. You feel like you're gonna crap your pants right before but once you're up there and everyone's cheering it feels awesome. Just remember all those people in the audience wish they were you.
omg I remember that! I wasn't too bad though. I did a practice run the 1st week and the 2nd day of depletion I barely got through my workout but the 2nd week (the real depletion) I was fine. Your body gets used to it. It's just the initial shock. Well, I'm going go the gym again tonight. I feel alot better than yesterday I'm just tired. Takes alot to keep me home.
I don't ever remember being this sick. I managed to drag my rear in the gym tonight and almost finished my whole workout. We'll see how I feel tomorrow but I feel like I'm losing a whole week of muscle building here!
my training is hardcore.. i go as heavy as i can so i can put on some size.. of corse with good form. I keep them between 12-6 depends on what im doing
