I started lifting with my school football team. the first lift i did was the deadlift and amazingly at 125lbs. i got up 275. i liked the feeling of power you get. after that my body started to look the part and next thing you know I get confronted by a NPC competitor who said I had potential and took me under his wing.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding has gotten me this far. bodybuilding has taught me to set goals and be consistent. I would not be were I am right now if it was not for the iron. Bodybuilding is my secret to my sanity...
How I Stay Motivated:
I picture myself were I want to be and I know I can achieve it if I try hard enough! HAVING ALL THE LADIES STARE!!!

Tuesday: back
Thursday: legs
Friday: shoulders
Saturday: arms
Monday: Chest: warm up with incline bench for two sets and warm up shoulders with laterals (because you use a lot of shoulders in any press).
Incline Dumbbell press for 4 sets 6-10 reps.

my training is hardcore.. i go as heavy as i can so i can put on some size.. of corse with good form. I keep them between 12-6 depends on what im doing
Good job on the top story (Beter than mine!) but got to agree with ya..WORK THE LEGS. Adding heavy squata and deadlifts will stimulate the top also so ya can get even freekey'er!!!!
That's good...you're in a class all on your own. You will be very successful just like my trainer Robert Green. He started when he was a teen and he's 47 now and you would not even believe it. I'm competition in the over 40 figure division of the Natural Diamond Classic in Wichita, KS, November 15th.

Matt a oil company enbridge is here in manitoba im laying pipe for them real grunt work but those dead lifts you did on your video that is major weight keep in touch so i can say i knew matt when.
