Goal (Long):
I started out at 204 lbs at a height of 5'5". I have taken off 50 lbs and brought my body fat from 30 10 18. Now I am looking to pack on some lean muscle and get rid of just a few more lbs of fat that is left.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Don't look at short term results, the improvements will be slow and unnoticible over short times but very noticible over longer times.
