Going4Swole It takes some time, but once you figure out your diet and nutrition you can really make some serious progress. You're definitely progressing for sure. Going4Swole Yeah, I know what you mean, I have a really difficult time gaining quality size. It's really all about eating frequent and well rounded meals.
