When I Started:
Jan, 2008
How I Started:
I had always been the tall skinny guy in grade school and high school and had not really been in the gym much in high school, only very little. I was picked on for being really skinny as a kid and was real tired of it. So once I got to college I decided it was time for a change. I have started working out and I am gonna get Big.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you get when you beat your max, o when you don't think that you can lift another pound but you and your friends push each other and somehow keep going. I like leaving the gym knowing that there was nothing else to be done and that your body is gonna hurt like Hell tomorrow.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm still skinny
BB Accomplishments:
none.... yet

Pat, you definatley have grown muscle. It shows! Thanks for the add and supportive comments. My weight has dropped a little but I have a long ways to go. I want to be lean and confident. Kevin
Thanks for accepting! Your muscles seem to be ready to become as huge as you want! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
