nothing to special. Just cut out all junk (no sugar stuff ) and keep my calories to about 2400 per day. I mostly eat meat, veggies, fruit, whole grains only.

The triathlon is mid november. I will let you know how it goes. My main worry was swimming, but I can now swim 500m without rest so by November, 800m should be ok.
