How I Started:
I always tried to work out and build up but never really saw any gains until a few years ago. I Was working hard, but had no idea what to do, when to do it, or why. I read a few books, started choosing better exercises, and followed some of the plans because they made sense.
Why I Love It:
I feel great, my clothes fit great and I don't look ANYWHERE near my chronological age.
How I Stay Motivated:
The alternative is not so great! I realize that I am going to age, thats ok with me. However, I refuse to get old. You will NEVER hear the words "I am too old for this shit" coming out of my mouth! I want to look good in a pair of shorts or swimsuit on the beach. I want to look cut and chiseled when I take my shirt off.

Goal (Long):
I am working toward that classic V taper, becoming cut and lean. My body fat is under 10% and getting lower, would like to see a six pack before 9/1/07.
I am working hard to get my chest to 44, my waist back down 30, my biceps to 15, and my thighs to 24.
I am so happy! Just checked, and then re-checked my bodyfat% and am pleasantly surprised to find it dropped again! My b/f was 13% in May, dropped to 9.8% in early June, and now it is down again to 8.9. During the last 4 week period I have gained 3 pounds and lost 1.8 pounds of fat. It is SO...
