As it is now, I work out regularly at home. Being in small quarters, a 475 sq ft condo, makes me use my ingenuity.
Don't have the monwy for a gym, but oh boy, if I did!!.
By April next year, I plan on loosing the slight middle age spread I have. Not easy at 51, but doable. Will keep you posted on progress.

Well, as my photo should show, this is the result of 8 months of going to the gym and diet.
My curent weight is 145lbs from when I started at 156lbs and want to drop about another 8lbsĀ and then consider bulking.
While there have been lot's of days I haven't felt like going to the gym,...
