JoUK4 Had horrific flu followed by a head cold. Had to take 3 weeks out but I'm glad to say I went back to using the same weights (which shocked me) the only thing to suffer was the cardio...will get back on track soon though as there is plenty planned for this year!!! Feb 26, 2013 12:04pm
