**** mate ya 250lb and nearly 6ft tall how big do they want ya to be?? is football something that u aim to do 4 a career? is there any money to be made in the lower leagues? in england soccer players still earn around 10,000 dollars a week 4 playin in the lower leagues/is it simalar for football over there?

oh ye i do machine shrugs on my traps day, i do the seated milatary press and the lateral raise and i was doing front raises but i think im gonna try them arnold presses instead, i tried them once before though and i couldn't controll it very well ha how many sets do u do and in what rep range?
