pm321changed Weight from 221.5 lbs. to 219.5 lbs., a 2 lb. loss in 1 day
btw training is alright im having some equipment spotter issues right now that i think is slowing me down ... i never have had a spotter on bench and its been a sob trying to get it up there i did 245x2 plus a partial 3rd rep last night and on my deadlits im having a hard time maintaining grip on the bar idk wether its my gloves or the bar being worn or sweat humidity or if i need to start using straps or if im just a puss
you know though there is a certian point where being ripped makes you weaker and makes you plataeu out i would rather have a little fat and keep making gains than to be ripped and stuck
I have never used fat burners but my brother has and he swears by them. He does a lot of cardio and lifts about three days a week. He’s about 35 lbs lighter than me but he is very defined and ripped. Question is…is it all the cardio or the fat burners? I just don’t know.
yeh with the weights your lifting i thought u had some previous experience lifting i still feel like my stats are kind of wimpy especially since i am getting closer to 200 lbs
see this is an example all those guys who say they would rather start skinny that it can be better to start with some weight btw have you ever lifted b4 you started your diet?? anyway very impressive
