plmcute8402 I want to thin down my back and legs and compete in bikini Problem I dont know how to train/diet for anything but figure anybody have ideas?

  • the hardest for me is going to be leaning out the muscle in my legs and back that I worked so hard for so many years to grow and getting used to the idea that im not in there to get bigger so i need to stop lifting as heavy and do higher reps

  • Thanks.. Yea I do HIIT now but I go for a min and rest a min may switch it up and try it that way.. And i have big legs and I have people tell me bikini isn't for me, but that what I want to do.. Its hard to lift light when u know u can go heavy..

I always feel like everyone is waitin' for me to screw up or see what I'm lifting so they can laugh or somethin' stupid lol.... Even when I played football I hated liftin' with my teammates, I'd always try to come up with excuses why I couldn't lift then I'd come in and lift when they wasn't around :P Apr 10, 2012 4:16pm
