"To prepare myself physically and mentally for EOD - Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Dive School in Florida. Also I would like to get to 150 pounds of lean muscle and less body fat."
I started working out once I joined the NAVY but I officially started lifting and getting into better shape within 2007-2008 current. When I first joined the military I wanted to go special forces so I started to workout. I lost a little motivation along the way but then I regained hope during my tour in Japan and I started to train again.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it makes me look good, feel good and overall keeps your body at its peak performance.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through my family, friends, my self confidence and looking forward to my goals.
BB Accomplishments:
Reaching 20 pullups, never thought I would do that ever in a lifetime. Having some abs... lol. Putting up weight that weighs more than myself.

This first set of pics is the week before my new workout. I am aboard a naval vessel with limited gym equipment to use but I make the best of it.
