I got started by doing Kathy Smith workout videos at home and by following workout routines in Muscle & Fitness Hers magazines. One day, I called my local YMCA and inquired about how to become an instructor. Now that I have alot more knowledge about how to obtain the body I desire, I'm obsessed!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I put on my bikini and look at myself in a full length mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
I am much stronger, but still have a long way to go.
I want big, muscular arms, a 6 pack, a tight rear-end, and lean, muscular legs.
Goal (Long):
I am a fitness instructor and would like to someday be a personal trainer. The problem is that I do not look the part. My arms are not as "cut" as I would like for them to be and I want bigger biceps. I have a tiny waistline and I find it to be pretty easy to get a 6 pack in a short amount of time. My problem area is my rear-end, and hips. It seems that no matter how hard I work these areas, I still have cellulite and saddlebags. I eat as 'clean' as possible, and try to do cardio at least 3x a week, and I weight train 3x a week. I want to gain mass without adding too much bodyfat on my upper body, and lose the fat without losing muscle on my lower body.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

I found that riding the bike set between 1 or 3 and peddling so that your heart rate is in your range, good music will help you being as I go from anywhere between 30 to 60 minutes..Psst...I still have some of that saddlebag left..sis tells me it is all about diet and cardio when it comes to the thighs,butt and stomach..
