You have just helped to encourage me on my very recent return to lifting and weightloss. I'm currently 310 and my goal is to get back down around 250 or so.

Hey when you lift heavy are just doing 5 reps or 7 reps because to do heavy .... im not sure how to do 10-12 reps. plus do you rest more than 60 secs? thanks for your answer in advance... really trying to change...

Thanks man for the quick answers... another question? What supplements did you use during your transformation. Would you suggest a testerone promoter.... to help with the transformation... i really want to drop this weight
Hey quick question... Why did you say it was a mistake to lift light in the beginning of your transformation. Because all the trainers at gym keep telling me to do high reps low weight... but I feel like i should be lifting heavy. Your thoughts?
