wow bro...thats one of the most crazy transformations i have ever seen..I have also lost close to 200lbs so i know all the hard work that goes into it!! I had a question, looking at your pics i don't much as far a loose skin (maybe since there all standing) but i was wondering if you had any issues with extra skin? once agian bro great job

Simply an AMAZING transformation. You have just helped to encourage me on my very recent return to lifting and weightloss. I'm currently 310 and my goal is to get back down around 250 or so. Keep up the great work!! John
