How I Started:
I was a thin, active kid until my family moved. I didn't have any friends at our new location so I never got out. It was tough to be active, and I struggled as the fat kid for several years 'till I hit high school. I began by lifting weights in gym class, and after noticing the significant changes my body went through in just a short time, I quickly became addicted.
Why I Love It:
I love running and doing cardio because it's the best stress reliever I've ever experienced. Nothing quite beats that alert yet relaxed feeling I get after a long strenuous workout, followed by a nice hot shower.
How I Stay Motivated:
I gain fat VERY easily so I'm not able to slack much before my body begins paying for it. The high energy levels, better sleep, slimmer physique, and improved mood are just a few of the long list of reasons I keep going back to the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
When I got out of high school I stopped working out and started working a sedentary job which caused me to quickly gain body fat. At my worst I weighed 290-295lbs and one day I finally decided it was time to stop working the dead end job, get on with my life, and lose the weight. I lost 100lbs in 8 months of exercising 6 days a week and being active every day of the week. Since then I've lost an additional 25lbs of body fat and gained about 15-20lbs of lean muscle.

Goals:
Main Goal:
Other
Goal (Overall):
I want to drop another 4-6% of body fat getting me down to around 7-8% while maintaining a decent amount of lean muscle mass.
Goal (Long):
Right now I still have a small amount of excess body fat which doesn't look bad but I would love to be a bit more toned. I have completed my NSCA and NASM CPT certifications, and am in the process of getting my degree in Exercise Science. Eventually I would like to couple that with a C.S.C.S. as well. I want to be as knowledgable as humanly possible about exercise and nutrition and will never stop studying, reading, researching, and discussing it. I do want to gain some size in my chest and maybe my shoulders (more so in the posterior), but the key goal is to maintain the muscle mass I have and drop to below 10% body fat.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I have found that isolating the biceps when doing any type of exercise (hammer curl, reverse curl, etc) has given me the best gains.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Working out triceps in cohesion with other "push" exercises has proven beneficial. I tend to focus the most on straight dips with my legs fully extended, and various forms of tricep extentions.

Thanks a lot! Any advice is precious for me - most of the people here are experts that have done wonders with their body - they put theory into practise - including you, of course. I know I can trust them:) I've already learnt a lot! For example now I know about the importance of muscle in your body.. (I thought I can only do cardio and achieve my goals). Summing up, you're the man:) !!

our flightline guys deploy to guam, then complain about how hard thier job is while our guys are doing convoys and defusing IEDs. But working on the B-2 has jacked up all thier brain cells around all the stuff they do.

4 months? That's a vacation to CE lol. I will probably end up with Air Force/Army Achievement metals when I come back.
