How I Started:
I maxed out at 249 and just couldn't take looking at myself in the mirror any more. Was very athletic in college and high school but just let myself go. Started running and lifting and my photo is me in November at about 205. I am now at 178 and still pushing myself.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of a good burn and being able to see some of the results in the mirror, especially when I put my pants on and they are loose.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror. I keep my picture in my wallet and look at it every once in a while. I won't let that happen again.

Goal (Long):
I started out maxing out at 248 pounds, which was the heaviest of my life. I am now down to 178 pounds and working hard to get to 184 but being ripped out of my mind. I am at 12% bodyfat, but really would like to hit 184 being 6% bodyfat.

I want to LOSE 10 lb

LOL thanks :) I love2pump is another bodyspace member. He and I have a contest going to see who has a better 6 pack by the end of May. Guess it does sound kinda funny if you don't know him! LOL Workouts going ok?
..i am maybe more hardcore than you! HA..yup i'm stubborn sometimes..legs are a little sore today, but i'm going to see what i can do..just squats and lunges i'm thinking..maybe leg press..dunno yet..used to do legs twice a week for a few months but had to ease up, you're right twice is a lot
