I follow the 6 meals per day guidance but my meals get higher calorie at lunch and especially dinner. I stick to about 35% protein, 45% carb, and 20% fat, trying to eat lean proteins, minimize sugar, and keep my fiber intake up (cholesterol inhibitor).
