I am back! My baby is 3 months old now. Drop last 7 post pregnancy pounds and become HOT MOMMY :)

Goal: to build muscle

I would like to gain lean muscle and gain some courage to compete in a figure competition.

Continue to eat 4-5 small meals per day and cut back on binging. Train 5-6 days per week.

Training several girls for the National shows this year- lots of makeup to do as well! Very excited to travel again and meet new people. Also will be hosting a few webcasts again with bb.com, including the 2008 Mrs., Fitness and Figure Olympia compet

is working with Team Scivation. Should be focused 100% after my move.

To do 8 chin ups!

To compete in figure! To encourage women you can still be beautiful while being lean and strong.
