Went to the gym this morning...I dont know I like going in the morning, because there arent many people at that time,and I can really focus on my workout. Fall is coming and all the boys&girls who havent been working out in th summer are coming back now,which is awfull! I mean, why exercise...
m girlfriend is a vegetarian too but luckily for me i dont live with her (yet lol) but there are replacements out there for the chicken and beef that dont contain any meat that both of you can eat
Meal1-6 eggs whites and oatmeal, Meal 2-10oz lean ground beef and brown rice, Meal3-10oz chicken with brown rice & some kind of vegetable, Meal4-8oz chicken and some kind of vegetable. i will have protein shakes in between a couple of the meals but like i said it will be exact in 2 weeks. hope i was able to help, have a great day!

Thanks for your very positive feedback. I've been working on the intensity of my exercises and being more careful with the diet. It is hard without a gym and a lot of equipment, but not impossible. How are your workouts going?
