Yes you can do it. Cuz you know what if you don't do it you will still have what you have that's what I told myself this morning and Lord knows I don't like this fat. I say visualization is the key to seeing your body dreams realized. Make sure you treat yourself to a new shirt or something for encouragement and reward! I dress up in heels, jeans and my makeup which makes me feel great
Oh you don't have to ask me twice. You are never to busy to get in your cardio if you gotta get up an hour earlier to get er done! Time is NOT running out for you but you have to get those goals down on paper as well as a plan...LETS GET IT....I can give you what you want. I'll get on ya nerves though...lol
