Goal (Long):
I would like to eventually compete locally and help other people with weight problems achieve there goal. I would like to strive to become the BB.com transformation of the week. I want everyone to know that, " If you believe it, you can achieve it!" God Bless!!!

Yeah, its sad but its true.... I have fallen off. Too much going on, working two jobs, preparing to tranfer to ATL in a couple weeks. Im hoping for good things in 2010! Ill be back
That's awesome. Keep it up! Try it but you probably need to be on a multivitamin. Truth is we cannot possibly get all of the nutrients our body needs from our own natural resources so take a multivit and see how much fat you can burn like you said in 4-6 weeks. That's a good gage for effectivenes. I was taking carnatine, cla, a fat burner, and whey for some time. I've given my body a rest for the last year 1/2.
