How I Started:
I weighted 286 in Dec 06, joined the gym lost 40 walked my daughter down the aisle of marriage and then gained 19 back. Nov 2 07 weighted 265. Started training w/weights and cardio
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling it gives me to see muscle develop and definition start to show. Go heavy or go home!

My personal trainer Brad, he is also a friend and motivation is seeing results!

I was able to lose over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the 12-week Body for Life program.
