after a hoorible accident (one of many) from riding motocross, i was hospitalized and had surgery in the double digits. i had to undergo alot of physical therapy. after 18 months i moved back home and started training again. i got back to a great weight and i was cut from head to toe. got into sales, got lazy! now i am back in school, not alot of time, but the gym is right there!
Why I Love It:
mainly the energy levels. and i love for my wife to oooh and ahhh over me!
How I Stay Motivated:
im back in college now! more time to train! playing raquetball

190lbs. thats what i want. i want to be able to take the shirt off on in summer again. i want my freinds and family to envy what i have done to my body again! i want the energy level i had years ago! i want to be me! i deserve it!

pretty quick and painless. however my weight has officially dropped below the 200 mark. i am now at 199 lbs. Which is awesome considering halloween i was around 220. i have to get to 185. lots of cardio. the new Y opens tomorrow morning. hello brand new gym, goodbye to the old me!
From one back surgery veteran to another...working out should be the easy part now after all the pain you've endured. You sound like you are extremely motivated to get back into shape & it shows. Best of luck to you!
hi Pj, from reading your page it sounds like you were incredibly lucky to have survived your accident. I am glad your fully recovered and ready to take on a challange. I feel that way too, I have fibromyalgia which sometimes feels like it can consume me but I am up for the challange to look and feel my very best! thanks again
