the famous 5by5 workout u do 5 sets of 5 reps of the same weight on bench and u should struggle to get the 5th one up for each set, does anyone know if this is really the best way to increase your bench or is there a better more efficient way to increase your bench?
I run track for my school. We practice 5-6 times a week, I do the sprinting portion of track, mainly hurdles so ocassionally we do 30min runs but I normally do cardio on my own time. I do 5 day splits mainly isolated. Monday is chest Tuesday is back wednesday is shoulders thursday is arms day...
Hey PJ, things are going well. I took a few weeks to cut up and then am going back onto my bulking again. Plan to get up till 180 to 185 lbs or so by August. My bodyfat is still relatively low and I still see my abs even when bulking/gaining muscle which is actually good.
yo, so i got some whey protein. but i have a question. each scoop is 29g and i did a calculator for how much protein i should be taking and it said about 170-255g a day. so should i be taking this shit like 6 times a day?
