How I Started:
Just woke up one day and decided to get myself in shape. Always have been a skinny guy, so I wanted to add some muscle to my frame.
Why I Love It:
It's a challenge both mentally and physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by my friends. They always encourage me to push a little further. I also enjoy seeing others trying to get into shape and being able to help as much as I can.

Goal (Long):
My triatholons are now over and I would like to bulk up a bit. Currently I am 148 lbs. Must have small bones or something. Thinking I'll start with 5 lbs at a time. Trying to stay lean and add muscle seems to harder than I thought.
