Weekly Plan
Monday: Chest/tricepts
3 sets of 7 on 205 bench press
3 sets of 10 of dumbell presses
3 sets on perfect pushups


Tuesday: Bicepts/Abs
3 sets of 10 standing alternating curls
3 sets of incline curls
3 sets of 30 on the ab lounge

Wednesday: Rest/Cardio

Thursday: Chest/Tricepts
3 sets of 10 on 185 bench press
3 sets of 10 close grip
3 sets on INCLINE perfect pushups

Friday: Bicepts/Abs
3 sets of 10 standing alternating curls
3 sets of incline curls
3 sets of 30 on the ab lounge

Saturday: Chest/shoulders
Max bench press
3 sets of delt flys
3 sets of dumbell presses
3 sets of shoulder shrugs

Sunday: Rest/Cardio
