To kick ass and take names!...but I will settle for wearing a bikini this summer!! ;-)
Goal (Long):
I'm going to change my body and the way I think about myself. I want to look good and feel great - be strong and confident, and be able to kick a mugger's ass if he tries to steal my purse!!! lol! I want thighs that don't rub, an ass that won't quit - and I don't want anyone else opening jars of pickles for me anymore!!!
I want to drop 10 lbs by the end of April - I am going to a friend's wedding...then I want to keep going, I want to be at 113lbs and 18% body fat by July... and eventually (2 years) try to compete in a figures competition
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%

I have been doing very well for a few months now, and the last week has been tougher than usual...no excuses, I gave in to temptation. I'm trying not to beat myself up about it, but I could definitely use some words of wisdom right about now!!!
Indeed. You'll feel better though once you do. Plus, the extra money adds up when you're not spending it on soda, too. It's like any other aspect of your diet. When it's out of your system for a little while you may go back to it someday and wonder, "How did I ever enjoy this!?"
I hope that you are still working out and as focused as ever. I wish you much and continued success if you are, and if not then I wish you inspiration and motivation to get back to the gym and strive to be the best that you can be.
