As a young child, my father kept me somewhat athletic and in shape by placing me in a track team. I appreciate what he did for me. The true inspiration came from when I was 17 years old, when I picked up a MUSCLE FITNESS MAGAZINE. It sparked my curiousity...to see if I could maximize my potential as a human being. I began working out and have now transformed my body into something I thought would never be. It has motivated me to get my personal training license as well as become a bodybuilder. It's AMAZING what will power and self discipline can do to your mind and body.
Why I Love It:
Its always rewarding to feel healthy and look good after a great workout. And knowing that I'm giving myself a greater chance of living a longer life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read a lot of magazines. My brothers and I are personal trainers. We motivate each other by sharing work-out tips and ideas.

hey man --how goes the training? i've been concentrating on arms--looking for new routines for bi's & tri's. you are busting at 18" guns--any specific routines that are working for you??

doing ok man 5 days in the gym with weights and cardio two off. its a struggle sometimes but i love it. seeing some serious change I think . check out my pics I would love your comments . how am I doing? how are you ?
Wanted to say that your still keeping in good shape matey, the pictures tell it all, also wishing you a good weekend ahead, continue to stay fit. I know im slowly making progess too.
