As a young child, my father kept me somewhat athletic and in shape by placing me in a track team. I appreciate what he did for me. The true inspiration came from when I was 17 years old, when I picked up a MUSCLE FITNESS MAGAZINE. It sparked my curiousity...to see if I could maximize my potential as a human being. I began working out and have now transformed my body into something I thought would never be. It has motivated me to get my personal training license as well as become a bodybuilder. It's AMAZING what will power and self discipline can do to your mind and body.
Why I Love It:
Its always rewarding to feel healthy and look good after a great workout. And knowing that I'm giving myself a greater chance of living a longer life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read a lot of magazines. My brothers and I are personal trainers. We motivate each other by sharing work-out tips and ideas.
BB Accomplishments:
Stay Fit and Look Good with the aspirations of one day competing.
