If you can't eat lots of eggs or meat, for whatever reason, eat what you can eat (healthy of course).
Lots of milk and PB is good. Fruit and vegetables are NOT that important - all they are good for is vitamins, so don't treat them as a main meal.
Just make sure you eat lots. Eat as much meat, eggs and generally dairy products as possible.

I do my own workout, you can see it in my workout journal. It's a 4 day split.
I've never tried starting strength, and now, I'm just too advanced to do it, but I've heard many good things about it. IMO if you're unsure what routine you should follow, you should do Rippetoes.

haha i just updated it, i can bench 120 for 8 reps :) i don't know why it was at 80 to be honest.

i dont have my body stats because i dont have anything to measure them with...
as for my lifting stats, i dont know my "1 rep max"; also, i always used to do 15+ reps, so i cant list them properly on my profile (only goes up to 12). i'm changing my workout thechnique now though, so i will be able to list everything by wednesday.
