How I Started:
I went with my friend, who just started as well, to a gym once because I had nothing better to do. Now I can't get enough.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better about myself; I love that feeling of being fulfilled after a hard workout.

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!

nice picture, all your measurements are almost identical to mine except your lifts are all loads bigger, i hope in the 18months i have until turning 18 my lifts progress like yours have
thanx for the advice. i get form checks regular cos theres a bloke at my gym who is ex-olympic and powerlifter. to be honest mate i would probabley choose bodybuilding over powerlifting
yeh i know you gotta hold it there for a few seconds. if you look at 100kg x 3 squat video that i s probabley my besty form in squat and my deadlift is good form i thought depending on what video youve seen, watch "130kg deadlift"

Hey I'm not gay or nothin but your body is cool and what are some things I can do to bulk up? I can't be eating 4 eggs a day or just go out and by a steak every day. I got access to tons of peanut butter, jelly, lots of bread, cereals, a large cantine of Whey Protein Powder, Raman, some eggs, lettuce, tomatoes, apples, bananas, lots of fruits. I got tons of different fruit juices. Winter break is comin'-up and i want to bulk as much as possible before the end of the winter.
