How I Started: I went with my friend, who just started as well, to a gym once because I had nothing better to do. Now I can't get enough.
Why I Love It: It makes me feel better about myself; I love that feeling of being fulfilled after a hard workout.
How I Stay Motivated: I always see some flaws in myself, there's always something to improve on.

45 seconds - 1 minute for lighter sets.

nope not trolling, some people still use belts and switches down here, unfortunately im one of the unlucky souls in that kinda family :'(. but it deff teaches you right from wrong, i havent truely ****ed up bad for a long time in fear of the belt lol
