New year, New me

Time to transform myself. Found homeworkout on website, gonna follow it as closely as I can. Not doing any fancy diets or weights. Pretty much a body weight programme with some dumbell exercises for legs. just going to watch quantities. Set myself little targets over the year, first one in 8 weeks. Will see how it goes. Biggest incentive is the holiday in July. Gotta have that beach body lol.
