Why I Love It: A good physique and a healthy body are some of the few things that money can't buy. Just dedication and commitment.
How I Stay Motivated: Others who are in great shape. Others who have earned great physiques through sweat and tears. Guys that can demolish weight stacks in the gym through training and practice.

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Earn a different body: buffer, stronger and more developed.
Goal (Long): My goals for 2008 are: -train consistently -train hard -eat right -keep learning -keep smiling -reap the rewards The look I'm looking for is defined and athletic. For me, there's a balance between size and strength. I want to be be buffer and well developed, but not at the expense of function and flexibility. Fundamentally, I want my body to be the best I can and train as an antidode to a work lifestyle that is utterly sedentary.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 kg
Bodyfat Goal: 9%
