I plan to compete in June 2010. Very excited about getting connected with a trainer who is already helping with setting goals, and a plan to get there.
Goal (Long):
I need goals to keep me motivated - a plan and a reason for being where I am and what I'm doing - so it only makes sense that I've picked this goal to compete. After lifting causually for a few years I found myself needing more. I'm excited to set out on this goal and am seeing results. Getting beyond injuries, herniated disks, torn supraspinatis, are serving as motivation to make it happen.
