piquit I feel great ! Gained 1.5 pounds of weight and did lose some fat..I think I gained more than 2 pounds of real muscles ! GREAT

piquit Weight move from 172 to 168 pounds depending of the day... I do cardio in between training days usually 40 to 120 minutes cycling of runnin
