"Get rid of most the fat and put on some serious muscle. I would like to weigh about 190 at 10% bf within the next 2 years. I would like to develop a rogram for myself that is intense but give nice results."

I lost a lot of it transitioning from Germany to the states earlier this year and being on a hectic work schedule. But I've been working on regaining some size over the last month and a half.

The discipline to workout---yeah. Diet discipline is another. But will work on that between the end of X-mas and the new year.

Thanks for your encouraging words. I've been working out hard over the last month and a half, but haven't really put that much effort into dieting. I'll be doing more that after the holidays are done. Right now all my efforts are going into the weight room.

I took the stuff for a couple of weeks the last time I was in Iraq. But like all powdered creatine I've taken before, I had to stop taking it because it upset my stomach. I just stick with the buffered stuff now.

Looks like working out will be mostly a weekend affair. I'm so busy day to day, and the mornings are occupied by regular army PT.

It's going badly. Work is interfering with all my best laid plans. Been able to get to the gym and workout on weekends, but I'm starting to leave off doing anything on workdays because I have to get up early and usually find myself staying late.

I haven't invested that much time lately due mostly to moving around school, and being with family. But I'm now ready to jump back in.
