Overall Goal: Get rid of most the fat and put on some serious muscle. I would like to weigh about 190 at 10% bf within the next 2 years. I would like to develop a rogram for myself that is intense but give nice results.

How I Started:
My parents got me a set of weights when I was young but I really never got into lifting until I came into the army. Even then, I've never worked at it steadily.
Why I Love It:
I like having a good looking body and I like the feeling you get after working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
The people around who lift and make improvement in their bodies. I other words, they got theirs, now its time for me to go get mine.
BB Accomplishments:
Had six-pack before, but squandered my time not working out the when I should.

Goal (Long):
With-in the next few months I would like to gain in stregnth.
After would like to put on a little more muscle.
Cut the muscle afterward and try to gain more stregnth.
Would like to try to refine my diet and see if I can eat a bb's diet on a military schedule.

Everybody just assumes since I'm in the army, I'm already in shape.

Look at yourself ask what do really want to have people think when they see you.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I don't know. It keeps changing. i wouldn't mind going around as big as Dexter Jackson, but I would rather have a more natural musclar physique than that freaky Ronnie Coleman. But i figure that I would come to terms with when I get to were I'm going. Besides everybody's goals changes as we meet the challenges of life. I'm no different. Besides, some you guys on bodyspace have just as great physiques without all the big hooplah.I don't know.
