My parents got me a set of weights when I was young but I really never got into lifting until I came into the army. Even then, I've never worked at it steadily.
Why I Love It:
I like having a goodlooking body and I like the feeling you get after working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
The people around who lift and make improvement in their bodies. I other words, they got theirs, now its time for me to go get mine.
BB Accomplishments:
Had si-pack before, but sqandered my time not working out the way I should.

Give it all you got. When you can't give no more, rest and start again tomorrow.
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
No
Why or why not?
Everybody just assumes since I'm in the army, I'm already in shape.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I don't know. It keeps changing. i wouldn't mind going around as big as Dexter Jackson, but I would rather have a more natural musclar physique than that freaky Ronnie Coleman. But i figure that I would come to terms with when I get to were I'm going. Besides everybody's goals changes as we meet the challenges of life. I'm no different. Besides, some you guys on bodyspace have just as great physiques without all the big hooplah.I don't know. Waddup Man.
How's ther training. It looks like you making progress. Keep it up. Consistency is one of the most important parts of reshaping your body. It has to be in everything you do to reap the full benefits. In diet, training, outlook, intensity and everything else required to reach your goals. I put it to personal practice on this deployment. I made a commitment to consistency and it is working wonders for me. Stay Up!
Holla!

Yep, I had coworkers that did the same thing, eat doublemeat bacon cheeseburgers and fries and kept blowing it towards me, but I got them back by cracking open the can of tuna, letting them get a wiff, they hated it. But they are all out of shape and I am not. Got to pick your options, I know you can do it , good luck.
Whats going on Will, Let me tell you, if you workout hard and see no results, you know what to do, change the life style of eating. I had to do the eating right thing, as you notice in my transformation pics. Well good luck in your goals, Eat right, train Hard & Smart.
proably cus its small. that's the reason why i dont go to the victory gym becuase of the over crowding + better chances of getting hit with a mortar! lol those ones a few nights ago were pretty close to my trailer, just a row over
I love the gym at Camp Slayer, I'm actually now living at Victory, and I either drive or ride my bike the 2 miles just to get to Slayer's gym, its nice and Small, but has everything you need to get the job done!
