My parents got me a set of weights when I was young but I really never got into lifting until I came into the army. Even then, I've never worked at it steadily.
Why I Love It:
I like having a good looking body and I like the feeling you get after working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
The people around who lift and make improvement in their bodies. I other words, they got theirs, now its time for me to go get mine.

Had six-pack before, but squandered my time not working out the when I should.

Right now, triceps seem to be my best body part. I can work these as hard or soft as I want to. They always seem to respond. The worst one is obvious.

With-in the next few months I would like to gain in stregnth. After would like to put on a little more muscle. Cut the muscle afterward and try to gain more stregnth. Would like to try to refine my diet and see if I can eat a bb's diet on a military schedule.

Hey Happy 4th of July! those Animal stax are great, I went through the months cycle when i was in Afghanistan and that month I started benching 225. I tried the Cuts the following month. I realized then there is no pill that will replace cardio.
