How I Started:
I started lifting weights for soccer and then started to love it more than soccer. Its a sport that you dont need anyone else to "win."
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling before during and after. Its almost like a drug. I want to be healty. I like to see the progress you can make with hard work. The improvements i see and make overtime keep me coming back.
How I Stay Motivated:
I motivate myself. I wanna be the best i can possibly be.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I am usually waiting to get in there and when its time I am ready.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
As long as they are training hard its fine. I do grunt if its on the last set or reps and i need to. It may not be a grunt, but
