Background
I started working out because I needed to loose the weight and wanted to gain muscle. So I started surfing the Internet on ways to get started and came across Bodybuilding.com. It was one of the best websites for information. Also, I purchased "Body By Design" by Kris Gethin; "Women Health big book of Exercises" by Adam Campbell, "101 ways to workout with weights" by Cindy Witmarsh, and "this is why you are fat" by Jackie Warner. Also, I buy several monthly magazines such as Muscle and fitness Hers, Fitness RX, and Oxygen, etc. I have many workout DVD for Interval/circuit training and cardio. With all the information, I have gathered from books, youtube videos, instructional dvds, and fitness magazine; I am ready to accomplish my goals.
I love working out especially lifting because I like the after effects of it. When my workout is complete, I feel strong, energized, confident, and high-spirited.

Double Fudge Chocolate Chip cookie is a no no!
Posted in Nutrition : Jan 25, 2012 2:52pmI had not eaten a chocolate chip cookie in a month because I have been eating all healthy foods, Until TODAY!
I was reading in 2 different fitness magazines that it is okay to eat chocolate or whatever you crave, as long as you don't over do it. Also, it said that if you are eating healthy 90% of the time, then its okay.
Okay how about I ate 1 chocolate chip cookie, just one! And my energy level shot down so low I thought I was drunk. I got super sluggish within 10 minutes of eating that one cookie, along with indigestion.
