Im trying my best to get back everyone, i dont have much time with work and school and having to go to the gym late or real early.  Sorry if i dont get back at your right away.

Workout Program:
I run for atleast 3 miles on an incline setting, then i work out my abs. 3 sets of crunches, 3 sets of leg lifts, then 3 sets on the oblique machine. For my arms i use the bicep curl machine for 3 sets and the row machine.
