pinkshine78 Thinking about this 3-day military diet followed by a 7-day cleanse (which basically breaks it down to specific fresh food). Any input??

pinkshine78 So I great all day but then caved. I really need to clean up my nutrition. I wish my family would do it with me, it'd be easier!

pinkshine78 Will get around to updating my progress pic! Also, I have weighed myself on 3 dif scales all read diff weights: which 1 do I go with??

  • On a side note your body weight can change within maybe 2-3 lbs from the beginning of the day to the end so it's possible that all the scales were correct if done at different times. Always weigh yourself around the same time each day!

  • I try to weigh myself in the morning or at night, but I've been using one for a really long time (Years, and many other people have been using it) and it seems to stay at the exact spot. The other one has shown some weight loss.. but thank you for the advice! I"ll just stick to the one I use daily and go with the loss from there! :)
