Goal (Long):
After having my daughter I have wanted to get back to a body that I'm not ashamed of. After training for a marathon two years ago I slacked off, and couldn't seem to stay motivated in between school, anticipation on getting into graduate school, and a baby. Now I've turned my busy schedule into my motivation to live a healthier life and give my daughter a mom she can be proud of both mentally and physically. I know the tone is there behind the flab, I just need to bring it out. I want to be 155/150, with 15% body fat, and be a 5'10 bombshell. I think it's a reasonable goal to accomplish by May 4th, 2010. 4 months to a midway goal!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 70 lb

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I think its for a couple of reasons. I don't think people stretch long enough or at all, and I also think that people don't listen to their bodies when it comes to the difference between a good kind of ache vs. pain.I think its for a couple of reasons. Alright. So today's mail could not have put a brighter smile on my face and more motivation in my heart. I got word that the running group I had joined 3 years ago, was going to be starting up again this Sunday, and it couldn't have come at a more perfect time for me. Granted, they have been...
keep it up. the walking will slowly burn the unwanted weight and you'll be up to an hour in no time. the main thing is staying on track and keeping your routine. as you start to drop in weight you can do things like changing your carb intake and time of intake to keep your body humming along. good luck.
You are right. Exactly. I do mine after a 40 mins weight training for 20 mins. This way I can get weights and cardio out of the day. On my off days, I tend to do a ten min warm up building upto 7 sets of HIIT which takes me to around 30 mins of total HIIT. It helps you to burn calories after you are done training. Very effective. Good morning btw !! :-)
