i was an out of shape skinny person! soo i went 2 the gym one day and kicked my ass in a workout and continued to do so every day after bc i dont want to get fat.
Why I Love It:
its fun, keeps me healthy. i feel great/before/during & after.
i looooove the way it makes me look too! =)
i love the challenges u face in working out-i love overcoming them all the time!! i love lifting heavy weights-it makes me feel powerful!!!! =P
How I Stay Motivated:
think about the awesome body that ive been given and how i dont want it to go to waste or disrespect it with by putting junk into my system.
literally-the ROOMFULL of stares i get from ppl EVERYWHERE i go. =D =D i never want to lose that!!!!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
i started out not knowing much about anything-but i know soo much more!! all about the proper nutrition to the right ways in lifting and the correct breathing techniques to use when lifting<---ive JUST learned this and that it REALLY be important for me to master quickly. i KNOW i can do it!!! =)
