How I Started:
I've worked out on and off, but never took it "seriously." I dated someone briefly a couple of years back that introduced me to the lifestyle. After we split I continued working out regularly on my own. I researched and read lots of books and websites on everything and anything I needed to know about fitness. Needless to say, I fell in love...It wasn't until recently in August (on my birthday) that I promised myself the best life could have to offer...this included the best body I could ever have. ;-)
Why I Love It:
I've seen the results from my hard work so far and it only drives me to push further and further. I know I have a lot more to go but knowing that it can all be accomplished with my hard work and determination keeps my mind and body fueled.
How I Stay Motivated:
I live in Miami, how can I not be motivated? - I love bikinis and sexy clothes.
BB Accomplishments:
Reducing body fat, inches, and toning my legs. Love the legs!!! =)
I'm a work in progress
I'd like to lose at least 20 pounds of fat and sculp my midsection to an envious six pack. I've lost a lot of inches all over, sculpted upper and lower body (quads, calves, glutes) since I changed both my dietary and fitness lifestyle. It hasn't been an easy process but needless to say I've seen the results from my hard work. I used to be a dancer, I had a bad knee injury that left me inactive for months thus causing me to gain a whopping 35 pounds! (I had never been overweight in my life - so this was a rough time for me) I finally said enough and got my butt back in gear and began by taking small steps...
I'm satisfied with my results so far (I wear a bikini with pride) but I want to have the best body I can possibly have. After all I live in Miami. My trouble area is my midsection. I'm going to fight for those abs; anything less is not an option. My goal is to have 10-12% body fat, have a well defined body and grace the cover of a fitness magazine a year from now!
