When I Started: Nov, 2007
How I Started: Not wanting to look and feel like 165lbs. I was feeling real bad about how I got to that weight.
Why I Love It: I've learned to love it. I hated working out before but now it's almost a daily routine for me to work out. If I miss too many days in a row, I feel completely guilty about it and work out harder to make up for the time I missed. I like how much my body has changed in the lase couple of months and hope to see more changes in the near future.
How I Stay Motivated: To keep in shape for dirt biking. Knowing I will look like crap if I stop working out. I got the bf on board now we keep each other motivated! yay
BB Accomplishments: Losing almost 40lbs.

EWwww...this one was taken sometime in November when I was just starting out. This picture is very embarrasing but I don't ever want to look like this ever again so I'm putting it on here to make sure I never look like this again!!  much better than when I first started. Still waiting for those abs to come out.

That’s good to hear. Workouts going good, I still hurt today but that's ok. I just started calorie counting to the extreme so I am trying really hard to drop weight. But yeah lifting is awesome, running is ok (I hate running). So how are your's going? Also you think it's amusing when people grunt?
