How I Started:
Not wanting to look and feel like 165lbs. I was feeling real bad about how I got to that weight.
Why I Love It:
I've learned to love it. I hated working out before but now it's almost a daily routine for me to work out. If I miss too many days in a row, I feel completely guilty about it and work out harder to make up for the time I missed. I like how much my body has changed in the lase couple of months and hope to see more changes in the near future.
How I Stay Motivated:
To keep in shape for dirt biking. Knowing I will look like crap if I stop working out. I got the bf on board now we keep each other motivated! yay
EWwww...this one was taken sometime in November when I was just starting out. This picture is very embarrasing but I don't ever want to look like this ever again so I'm putting it on here to make sure I never look like this again!!
Okay, all I can say is that I will beĀ getting backĀ on track. Summer may almost be over and I've gain 5 pounds in the last 2 months. Now I have 11 pounds to lose which isn't as bad as I thought it would be but I did gain some bodyfat from all those ice creams and deep fried foods like fish...
