How I Started:
worked out on and off for years from tae kwon do to running erights etc... but after having my thrid and last child time to get my body back and improve me! i want the body i dream of having!
Why I Love It:
Because, it's a challenge! really does help you transform, you get real highs when you get to be able to do one more set than last time or you start your exercises with a higher weight and it feels right to be better than the last lift!.Also seeing that little change happening slowly, gets you hooked and wanting more!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at photos of me not so long ago!. Realizing life doesn't work out the way you plan it to!. That after having children it weren't that easy to lose the weight. so looking in the mirror and seeing a smaller you, compared to the photo you have beside the mirror is motivation alone. And you guys, the ones whom I pick their brains, for tips and help in transforming, befriended and whined at when I need a pick up!.Oh and I can't forget the sculpted women on here that have achieved their goals, and give me hope. If they can juggle their lifes, motherhood, work and hubbys etc and still look great, it shows anything can be achieved!

me when I arrived in Europe, before started workin
I took a photo of my alien id that I got, when I first came to Netherlands, I barely recognise myself here, somewhere where I will never let myself go back to!
Now I need to start doing more ab work, and get some shape, and muscle, this is the best my tummy has ever looked so really pleased lets see if I can get it better!

Okay started back at the gym, and getting motivated(stil breastfeeding JK who is now over 1 so finding it hard to baance me time with Jackson time!).

I had an awesome workout on chest and shoulders and a cardio session of 1.5 mies sow jog at the end.
