pinkcashmerechanged Weight from 182.5 lbs. to 184 lbs., a 1.5 lb. gain in 9 days
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Stair master/Eliptical.Stair master targets my legs really well and eliptical is easy on my joints. It tends to get sore if I run a lot.I usually switch up the machines.
just a little update.Started last wednesday, had 5 workouts, mostly heavy lifting and HIIT after for 20-30 min.Eating clean 40/40/20.Today took some pictures and weighed myself and...i lost 4.5 lbs. How about that for a beginning. Other than that been feeling sick for past 3 days, hoping to...
You seem to really know what you are doing with losing, so continued good luck with that, and I was looking at doing something in criminal justice as well, but think I have changed my mind when I retire in about 4 years.
I'm doing alright... working and can't wait to hit the weights. been rehabbing for a couple weeks now and finally been given the OK to lift again. only 60% of normal lifts but its still something. what bodypart did you lift for?
